Our Committment to Your Needs

At D-PROTECT Advanced Solutions (D-PROTECT), we believe that every single customer is special and important and deserves to have the best possible experience every time they connect with us, whether at our office, over the phone, or on the internet, or other places of business and we're willing to go out of our way to make that happen.

One way, in particular, we can help our customers feel special is by making our website as easy and enjoyable to access for as many people as possible.

That's why D-PROTECT is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.

How Our Site Is Changing

Here are a few things we're doing to make our site easy to use:

Language Tagging

Every page on D-PROTECT website will be compatible with language information-assist systems, including speech synthesizers and braille translators. With these applications, each page will automatically know whether it needs to switch to a different language mode.

More Label Tags

Adding missing label tags and title attributes to our website will make it easier for customers to find the information they need in fewer keystrokes. People who have difficulties using their hands or who experience pain when doing so can benefit from additional label tags that bring up the content with less effort.

Alternative Text on Images

Non-text content can be difficult for some people with visual or cognitive disabilities to interpret. As such, we're integrating more alternative text on images throughout the site. Alternative text lends the content descriptive meaning and can be read by search engines.

Improved Website Structure

Overall, our website structure continues to improve. All of our PDFs will feature images with alternative text tags. We've focused on enabled text access for the visually impaired, with text language specified, and descriptions on all form fields. Once you're familiar with how our menus work, you'll enjoy the same functionality across D-PROTECT website each time you visit.

Building For Full Keyboard Access

We are developing new pages with keyboard accessibility in mind so that users can easily tab through a page to find the content they need.
